I've reviewed the documents you've sent as well as the measurements we've taken so far.  Unfortunately we can't confirm the height yet as we're missing a piece of information.

There was a steal beam being put in the wall from reception to kitchen today.  It should be finished tomorrow.  The bottom of the beam down to the finished floor height in the kitchen must be 2500mm.  Once that beam is in place and we can measure where the 2500mm point is, 45mm below that is the bottom of the opening for the big window.

Hopefully I should be able to give you that dimension tomorrow.

For this, Damian was supposed to check on the height of the base of the sliding door for this model, so we could arrange to mount it lower so as to be more flush with interior floor.
Can you tell us what height of frame base is? Do you have schematics?
