Alex,

Please note I have also just called FENSA and D & P WINDOWS SERVICES is not FENSA-certified -- they checked by name and by post code.

So I think questions below regarding installers you require?  request? we use are very valid.

Regards,
Michael

Thanks for your response Alex.  It's not totally clear to me whether you're saying delivery will be at least 3 weeks from now, or at most 3 weeks from now.  Can you clarify?

Checking  http://www.fensa.co.uk/asp/Member_Search.asp?ErrorResponse=Name I note that "D & P WINDOWS SERVICES (UK) LTD" shows up as: No registered company can be found

I'm asking you -- not Damian -- is the window installer you are suggesting/requiring we use FENSA certified?

I need a bit of clarification from your email:

"Guarantee for product will be provided, however we cannot take responsibilities as manufacture for additional structural damage of the frame regarding to that style of installation. Our windows are build to be installed without need for damaging the frame, no fittings are visible."

So let me repeat:

QUESTION E): Will insisting on a FENSA-approved installation void our Adpol warranty?,

QUESTION F): Will the Adpol warranty be void if we use a different, FENSA-certified installer other than Damian?

Cheers,
Michael
