Regarding production I have been told max 3 weeks from now for finishing the manufacture.
So delivery date will be aprox beginning of 2nd week of October.
Damian just opened his company as ltd and he may be still in the process of getting certificates.
We
suggesting to use installers who knows our product to avoid mistakes or
unnecessary problems while installing our products, however is it just
suggestion and entirely up to client.
We
don’t have any issues that installation will be perform by FENSA
certificated company as long they don’t cause any structure damage to
windows frame. (like drilling through the frame for fitting)
Our
warranty is for product not for installation. We deliver quality
product up to standards and your chosen contractor is responsible for
delivering installation.
