price is a little bit more than were were expecting, and more than the
installation quotes we received from some of the other window suppliers
who quoted for us.
One difference we note between your quote and one of the other ones
(Rawington -- if it's important) was that their installation quote did
*not* include internal and external sills.
You mentioned "all
materials ... all inclusive" -- can you confirm that your price is
including the internal and external sills? As discussed previously,
these were aluminium 180mm painted as external part of the windows,
wider than each window 50mm which is RAL7024.
Also, one of the problems we had when selling our last house was the
buyer wanted the FENSA certificate for the windows in the house. We
chose Adpol partly because your website shows that you have FENSA
certification, although just checking again now I note it expired 2008.
Can you confirm that you're still a FENSA certified installer and that
we will be getting a FENSA certificate for the installation you'll be
doing?
