1. non cills are included – never been ask to include them in the offer – see signed offer by you – there is no cills mention

We, as ADPOL, had Fensa – but it run out, I’m in the process of getting
it back to us, then we will provide FENSA certificate for the
installation; However FENSA certify installers are more expensive than
those one without – please note that( ca £100 per m2 )
All installation to deal with Damian;
I’m dealing only with manufacture process;
