Dear Micheal,

Adpol Timber&Composite Windows&Doors Ltd doesn’t own any website stating that we (Adpol Timber&Composite Windows&Doors) are FENSA certificated. And again I will remind you that we are not. We don’t provide installations. If we will start providing them we will become members of FENSA.

Polish manufacturer website (not our – we are separate), own by Adpol Poland mentioning that Adpol GB was certified. We are not AdpolGB. We flagged this issue to manufactures that website is not up to date but as this is separate to us, to our business and trading name and we don’t have any enforcement in it.  We can just flag issue. Point here it’s that there is no information that Adpol Timber&Composite Windows&Doors has FENSA certification.

We never stated that D&P WINDOWS SERVICES (UK) LTD (Damian installation company) its FENSA certificated. We mentioned before that his company it’s in process of obtaining certification. As well we informed you before that any installers queries should be taken with your preferred installer who will be caring on job.  We will be happy to assist in it as supplier but it’s up to you (client) to decide who will install your windows and how they will be installed and finished. We are suppliers of windows and our role here is very limited. We provide you with quality product, legal certification regarding to its quality, specification and building regulations, warranty. Services what we don’t provide - we simply don’t provide.

One again let me clarify. FENSA isn’t certification for product like windows or door. It’s for installation only – full stop. You cannot expect us to certify service or product (such installation) when we don’t provide it. That’s the reason why only installers are certified not manufacturers or dealers etc. Our certification as well manufactures certification is freely available information accessible by anyone interested.

Regarding to manufacturing process and delivery time. If something it’s out of our hand its simply is. At the time when our agreement was finally confirmed/signed we estimated delivery time accordingly at the time. Reason why we always estimate delivery time its due to numerous factors involved up to final point when delivery will reach customer. Order its manufactured to order – not of the shelf and we depend very much on external suppliers of glass, wood, aluminium and mechanical components for moving and internal  mechanisms. Addition to it are logistics and delivery - that again you’re very much aware that order its manufactured 2000 miles away. Does factor are out of our control what directly reflects in estimated deliver time. According to our order size and product type we estimate our delivery time based on average time in previous orders.

Doesn’t exist something like ‘concrete delivery date’ – and that simply reason what we cannot provide it for you. We simply never guarantee delivery time due to multiple factors mentioned already above. Such an usual to us concerns should be raised on initial enquiry so we could advice you accordingly before agreement was made. We always doing our best to provide correct  and honest information according to our knowledge. We don’t avoid any answers and responsibilities.

Please understand that we recognize and understand your concerns and incontinence related to delay in your initial windows installation. I know it is inconvenience. We are not aware of progress and extend of works carried out in your property as we don’t manage it. This is out of our management and any control. It’s up to client/main contractor how he will manage situation being aware that delivery times are not bound.

We acknowledged your conditional desire for 28 days delivery time and be sure that we are pulling all available strings to have this completed not only within 28days but simply ASAP.

We are working very hard to complete your order and we will do our best to fulfilled our arrangements. But until order will be fully manufactured we cannot deliver it. Delays caused by external material suppliers are seriously out of our control. We are doing our best to keep you updated with every information what we have answer any query to best of our knowledge. We recognize fact this is huge inconvenience for you (as well for us) and definitely isn’t our intention to start throwing legal term on each other. Our aim is to resolve this (by delivering quality product asap) in right manner accordingly to situation and maintain established friendly relationship based on understanding.

I hope our answer fullfill your doubt in raised factors.

Best Regards,
Alex Piprek
