Our
phone provider has some faults, they managed to fixed it yesterday but
it mess up all our mobiles, please use landline to contact.
I
have spoken with Mr Habant, and he has confirmed that order is 30%
complete, and we are waiting only for aluminium components – which will
be delivered to the factory within 3 weeks from today (we depend on
that with external suppliers), so we are looking for max 3 weeks to
complete the manufacture of your order and within 2 days from that we
will deliver it to your building site.
Adpol GB ltd went into administration last year in June, and we overtook cooperation with ADPOL Poland as new company ADPOL Timber&Composite Windows&Doors Ltd Company No. 06522479, and have nothing to do (except we took charge of premises and showroom what belong to ADPOL PL anyway) with trading activities of previous company. Adpol GB Ltd was FENSA registered company, because at the time they provided installation. We as ADPOL
Timber&Composite Windows&Doors Ltd do not provide installation
our self, and because of that simple reason we cannot be certified by
FENSA.

for product will be provided, however we cannot take responsibilities
as manufacture for additional structural damage of the frame regarding
to that style of installation. Our windows are build to be installed
without need for damaging the frame, no fittings are visible. We are
able to provide special anchors made according to our frames. All our
products are up to the strictest European standards regarding quality
and warranty.
Regarding to your questions 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 and according to our Therms&Conditions, please find below:

Any dates and times quoted for delivery of the goods are
approximate only and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in
delivery however caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence
unless previously agreed by the company in writing.
Like you see, and you acknowledged before by signing contract with ADPOL
Timber&Composite Windows&Doors Ltd, we cannot take any
responsibility for matters which are outside our force especially for
your scaffolding and any site costs.
