Way how they see this is that we cannot treat part agreement
what we like more to respect. They broken down all correspondence and they
consulted lawyers. Deposit payment is treated as agreement bond and green light
to start manufacturing.
Simplified - 24 windows/doors from date when last item dimensions
will be confirmed so delivery for all order can be made within 8 weeks from that
date.
Adpol taking full responsibility for early start to order. As you
just mentioned Adpol has progressed immediately with 22 windows and still awaiting
for missing 2.
Confirmed sizes are almost finished. Unconfirmed sizes are stopped
in stage where we need to obtain final dimensions for them so production can be
resumed.
